About
Over the course of twelve months, G.L.O.R.I.A. established a series of more than 39 live concerts featuring European artists, paired with volunteer-led culinary events where local community members prepared meals for the performers.
This communal dining format created meaningful interactions between artists and audiences, enhancing cultural exchange and personal connection. Volunteers were engaged in new, creative ways, fostering a deeper sense of ownership and involvement in the cultural life of the region.
G.L.O.R.I.A. is a concept we shaped and filled with existing skills from our village - with cooking, taste, service, and presentation. We developed hospitality using what was locally available, corresponding with the act of cooking, regional ingredients, and shared meals - telling stories of the here and now, which artists instantly appreciated with joy.
This is where conversations and thoughts began - because everyone has something to say about food.
